In 1995, Zita took a bold step, transitioning from the food industry to acquiring her California real estate license and later, in 2002, her Hawaiian real estate license. For over two decades, Zita has called the Big Island of Hawaii her home, residing in the picturesque Keauhou area along the Kona Coast.
